| Throughout the largest and longest Lighting Spectacular ever proposed in the United Kingdom beginning in December 1999 running through the Year 2000 and culminating in a Grande finale on New Years Eve 2000. | The equipment will be set up on the 27th December and will be fully programmed and operational for the Millenium Eve and the following two nights. | ||||

| Building projection will be constant throughout the three nights and will show images by international artists as well as community groups. Potential supporters can sponsor these images. | The waterscreen show will last 25 minutes and will be repeated every hour using projection lasers and automated lighting. This will leave time inbetween shows for supporters to create their own show or use the equipment for advertising space. | ||||
